
New HR Leadership announced at ACI Asia-Pacific & Middle East Regional Human Resources Committee meeting in New Delhi

At the ACI APAC & MID Regional Human Resources Committee meeting held in New Delhi, India, the Regional Human Resources Committee is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr. Tim, Yuanhung Ting, Director – Human Resources of Taoyuan International Airport Corporation as the new Chair of the Committee, effective from April 2025. Mr. Ting with a wealth of experience and dedication to this role, having been an active member of the committee since 2021. Concurrently, Ms. Hwai Kar Goh, Senior Vice President, People Services & Rewards of Changi Airport Group assumes the role of first Vice Chair. Alongside, Mr. Nasser Alqahtani, General Manager of Human Capital at Cluster2 Airports Company, has been elected as the Second Vice Chair, further strengthening the leadership team.

Mr. Ting has devoted himself for over 15 years into his aviation career. During his career, he has 9 years in Airport Master Planning and over 5 years in Human Resources Management. In the current position as Director – Human Resources, he has been part of organisation transformation for Taoyuan International Airport Corporation, overseeing people engagement issues, talent development, successor planning, and digitalisation challenges. Mr. Ting is also an ACI-ICAO International Airport Professional (IAP) since 2016.
Ms. Goh has been with Changi Airport Group for more than 20 years and had previously held positions in the Civil Aviation Authority of Singapore and Ministry of Transport. She oversees functions spanning across Human Resource Business Partnership, Talent Acquisition, Rewards, People Operations, People Digital Transformation as well as Employer Branding and Workplace Transformation & Facilitation. Before her current role, she was managing airport commercial as well as airport operations in Singapore Changi Airport.
Mr. Alqahtani is the General Manager of Human Capital at Cluster2 Airports Company, responsible for leading HR strategy across 22 international and domestic airports in Saudi Arabia. With over 17 years of experience, he is known for driving major human capital transformations that align with the Kingdom’s Vision 2030 and the ongoing development of the aviation sector. He has successfully transitioned HR functions into modern, agile frameworks—supporting national goals to enhance infrastructure, attract talent, and boost operational efficiency. His expertise spans HR automation, workforce planning, talent management, and employee well-being. Through innovative programs and data-driven approaches, he has strengthened governance, improved engagement, and retention, and continues to shape best practices across the airport ecosystem.
In their new positions, the new leadership will lead the committee in promoting performance excellence of airport members by supporting good people management and development practices, providing a regional platform that facilitates effective collaboration on exchange of information and sharing of best practices among airport members.
ACI APAC & MID supports its members by providing resources, tools, and best practices that nurtures a positive workplace culture and strengthen employee engagement. These initiatives include training programmes, workshops, and networking opportunities designed to connect HR professionals and share best practices among members. The new leadership will steer the committee in maximising potential in driving human resources development in the industry.
