Airports Council International Asia-Pacific & Middle East (ACI APAC & MID), an association representing 624 airports, delivered two important presentations at the ICAO Conference of Directors General of Civil Aviation (DGCA) for Middle East region in Riyadh, highlighting the critical need for enhancing air connectivity and seamlessly integrating Advanced Air Mobility (AAM) into the current air transportation framework.
Dubai Airports, operator of Dubai International (DXB) and Dubai World Central – Al Maktoum International (DWC), is hosting the Airports Council International (ACI) Asia-Pacific & Middle East Operational Safety Committee Meeting from 1-3 October 2024, marking a first for Dubai.

Mangaluru International Airport on September 24 bid farewell to Julie, the beloved 8-year-old Labrador and member of the K9 squad of the Airport Security Group of CISF. The K9 Squad welcomed Rio, a 11-month-old Labrador puppy, into the Squad as Julie’s replacement.

On September 26th, the inaugural flight of MU785 took off from Shanghai Pudong International Airport at 00:50 local time, heading to Venice, the famous Italian tourist destination.
