ACI Asia-Pacific & Middle East Young Executive Award (YEA) 2027 invites young aviation professionals to explore these questions through bold ideas and practical solutions.

As the aviation industry navigates heightened operational challenges, rapid technological shifts, and pressing environmental demands, strong leadership has never been more vital. Under this year’s theme, the Programme aims at recognising young airport leaders to share the strategies in navigating these challenges with resilience to drive industry forward.

We encourage our Airport Members to nominate young talents from your organisation to participate in the Programme.
