Brisbane Airport Flight Path Review

  • 2022-12-14

Brisbane Airport Corporation welcomes today’s release by Airservices Australia of the Brisbane New Parallel Runway Flight Paths Post Implementation Review Final Report.

"This report contains a large number of meaningful changes with the potential to reduce flight path impacts in Brisbane," according to Stephen Beckett, Head of Public Affairs at Brisbane Airport Corporation.

"BAC recognises the benefits of Brisbane Airport are shared across Queensland, but the impact of our operations are felt by some residents in Brisbane suburbs.

"Senior members of our team were part of all 9 community workshops attended by 232 community members during the recent consultation period enabling us to hear first-hand from residents.

"We look forward to working collaboratively with Airservices Australia, the community and our industry partners to achieve sustainable long-term solutions."
