On April 21st, China Civil Airports Association (CCAA) held a press conference to release the "2024 Civil Airport Service Quality Evaluation Report". Beijing Daxing International Airport was awarded the title of "Excellent Airport in Service Quality", which is the fourth consecutive year that Daxing Airport has achieved this result. This fully reflects the high recognition and affirmation of Daxing Airport's service quality both inside and outside the industry.
It is reported that by 2024, the evaluation dimensions for airports with a scale of 10 million annual passengers or more will cover five aspects: passenger satisfaction, airline satisfaction, flight regularity, complaint management, and professional evaluation. Daxing Airport continuously optimizes process efficiency, iterates service brand, upgrades service experience, deeply practices the concept of sincere service, and makes services more diverse and experiences better. In 2024, ACI passenger satisfaction at Daxing Airport has maintained a perfect score for five consecutive years, ranking first in CAPSE satisfaction; And was inducted into ACI World Director General’s Roll of Excellence.
