The study points out that younger travelers are now driving spend, while passenger behaviour, rather than sheer traffic volumes, has become the defining factor of airport travel retail performance.

Airport Authority Hong Kong (AAHK) today hosted the "HKIA Community Cycling Competition" at the HKIA Community Building. More than 150 representatives from 18 organisations of the airport community, including AAHK, government departments, airlines and other business partners, as well as the Hong Kong International Aviation Academy, participated in the relay competition. The E-Cycling competition simulated a cycling competition on a 19km route from Sunny Bay to Disneyland.
