Airports Council International Asia-Pacific & Middle East (ACI APAC & MID), the trade association representing airports, today released the 2025 edition of the Airfare Trends for the Asia-Pacific and Middle East regions, highlighting the rising cost of air travel.

While transfer/ transit passengers continued to experience growth from a low base, overall passenger traffic growth softened due to adverse weather and a decline in travel demand to Japan.
