Airports Council International Asia-Pacific & Middle East (ACI APAC & MID) secured regional support for action on airport and airspace capacity, modernising airport slot policies and strengthening climate resilience at the 61st ICAO Conference of Directors General of Civil Aviation (DGCA) for the Asia and Pacific Regions, held in Kuala Lumpur from 7 to 11 September 2026.
The 18th Meeting of the ICAO Collaborative Arrangement for the Prevention and Management of Public Health Events in Civil Aviation – Asia Pacific (CAPSCA-AP/18) was held from 20-–21 August 2026 in Bangkok, Thailand. The meeting was attended by over 60 medical and civil aviation professionals from States and industry associations across the Asia-Pacific region.

Airlink coordinates the transport of relief workers and emergency supplies to communities in urgent need.
