Plaza Premium First Makes History at HKIA with Certified Halal Cuisine           
Plaza Premium First at Hong Kong International Airport is now the first independent lounge to feature a fully certified Halal menu, combining global cuisine with Southeast Asian favourites and beloved local dishes. Discover a lavish spread of appetizers and desserts, where Chinese and Western inspirations come together in every bite.

Indulge in an à la carte selection of gourmet main courses, each one a celebration of Southeast Asia’s most beloved flavours, artfully reimagined for the discerning palate. Guests can savour a menu of hearty breakfast options available until 11am daily including “Proudly Local” Cantonese Congee paired with Dumplings & Rice Rolls, local crowd-favourite A La Minute Scramble Egg & Satay Beef in Bun, full English Breakfast and more.  

The all-day menu, starts at 11am, showcasing sumptuous cuisines such as the signature favourite Vietnamese Duck Pho, a steaming bowl of aromatic broth, layered with delicate rice noodles and succulent slices of duck.

Fragrant herbs, crisp bean sprouts, and a squeeze of lime create a symphony of freshness and depth in every spoonful.  Savour Thai Style Sauteed Spicy Chicken Rice with Fried Egg, featuring tender morsels of chicken stir-fried with bold Thai spices, served atop fluffy jasmine rice. A perfectly fried egg crowns the dish, its golden yolk ready to mingle with the spicy, savoury sauce for a truly satisfying bite. Relish the highly popular Fish Ball Noodle with the famous XO Sauce & Crispy Fish Skin, each bowl offers springy fish balls nestled in silky noodles, bathed in a rich, umami-packed XO sauce and topped with shards of crispy fish skin, adding a delightful crunch and a hint of the sea.  Vegetarian and gluten-free choices are also available to cater to all preferences.

To complement your dining experience, enjoy our thoughtfully crafted welcome drinks that incorporate local flavours, along with a selection of refined spirits, sparkling wines, house wines and cocktails on our Mobile Bar.
