PKX comprehensively advanced international convenience services

Recently, PKX has comprehensively advanced its international facilitation services, launching 12 detailed measures covering check-in, customs clearance, transit, consumption, cultural tourism, etc., to create a smooth customs clearance experience for international passengers with "full chain and multi-dimensional" services, further facilitating global travel. 


In terms of check-in, PKX is the first Chinese mainland airport to launch the "Early Arrival Check in" service for international flights. Starting from September 25th this year, passengers taking flights operated by China Southern Airlines, such as Aeroflot, Qatar Airways, Malaysia Airlines, Siberian Airlines, Aurora Airlines, etc., can go to the China Southern Airlines Early Arrival Check in Zone 5-6 hours before the flight departure to handle manual check-in. China Southern Airlines has implemented 24-hour self-service check-in for international flights and opened 12 routes that support self-service check-in. One code clearance paperless. To further expand the scope of paperless services, PKX has taken the lead in providing paperless services for domestic and international flights. At present, passengers traveling on multiple airlines such as Hong Kong Airlines, British Airways, Malaysia Asia Airlines, and China Eastern Airlines can travel with an electronic boarding pass, and can also complete 17 steps such as tax-free shopping and departure tax refund, saving an average travel time of 15-30 minutes.

In terms of inquiry service, language communication is barrier free. PKX supports personalized inquiries in eight languages: English, French, German, Japanese, Korean, Russian, Arabic, and Spanish. Starting from September 25th, the official app and mini program of PKX will launch a new international tour guide function, supporting real-time switching between Chinese, English, Japanese, Korean, and Russian languages, and providing on-site guidance and transit management services. One stop access to immigration services. 


At the international arrival exit, PKX has set up a 24-hour "Beijing Service" airport service point, covering six major theme functions including payment, communication, transportation, cultural tourism, luggage, and comprehensive inquiry, providing one-stop solutions to the entry difficulties of foreign passengers. Travel freely to China upon entry. PKX provides up to 10 Beijing half day/one-day tour routes for inbound passengers, covering classic landmarks such as the Great Wall and the Forbidden City. Passengers can go to the "Beijing Service" counter at PKX to inquire about specific routes and make reservations. Luggage can be directly hung without pick-up. PKX has partnered with China Southern Airlines, China Eastern Airlines, China United Airlines, and Xiamen Airlines to launch over 30 international connecting flights. Among them, China Eastern Airlines and China United Airlines have innovatively launched cross airline international connecting flight services, covering all international and domestic routes of China Eastern Airlines, all international routes of China United Airlines, and 25 domestic routes, with luggage hanging directly to the end.


24-hour direct transit passengers and crew members of international flights traveling directly to and from PKX on the same day can enjoy the convenience of exemption from border inspection procedures, without the need to queue up to fill out forms or repeatedly verify documents. Departure tax refund can be easily processed.
