  • 2025-12-10

As of December 6, PKX has handled a total of 322,500 inbound and outbound flights and served 50.0834 million passengers this year, among which the number of international and regional passengers reached 5.4979 million, representing year-on-year increases of 6.31%, 8.41%, and 25.39% respectively compared with the same period in 2024.

This marks the first time that the airport's annual passenger throughput has exceeded the 50 million mark since its operation, setting a new annual passenger flow record. Over the past six years, PKX has handled more than 193 million inbound and outbound passengers and over 1.4122 million inbound and outbound flights. Since the start of this year, both the flight departure punctuality rate and takeoff punctuality rate have exceeded 90%, with its takeoff punctuality rate ranking first among 26 airports nationwide with an annual passenger throughput of 20 million or more.

The airline network has been densified, and aviation products have achieved efficient accessibility. At present, 70 Chinese and foreign airlines have settled in PKX, operating nearly 190 routes to about 180 domestic and foreign destinations, covering 25 countries in Asia, Europe, Africa and other regions. Since the beginning of this year, PKX has launched and resumed international routes to Casablanca, Bandar Seri Begawan, Ho Chi Minh City, Dushanbe, Muscat and other cities. China Southern Airlines, China Eastern Airlines, Xiamen Airlines and China United Airlines have opened more than 30 international connecting flights. In addition, China Eastern Airlines and China United Airlines have launched cross-airline international connecting flight services, enabling baggage through-check and one-ticket travel.
