Nepal Airlines to launch new service from KIX to Kathmandu

Kansai Airports is delighted to announce that Nepal Airlines (RA) will launch three-weekly flights between Kansai International Airport (KIX) and Kathmandu on July 4, 2019.
The national flag carrier of Nepal will be offering services to KIX for the first time in 12 years since the winter schedule in 2006.
Kathmandu is the capital city of Nepal which lies between India and China. The country is a popular tourist destination with Mount Everest, the Himalayas and four World Heritage Sites including Lumbini – the birthplace of Buddha.
The revived route will be the only direct service linking Japan to Nepal and is expected to enhance access to South Asia.
Kansai Airports is committed to further expanding the aviation network to deliver more convenient and comfortable travel experiences for all airport guests.
