
MIA introduces “Zhen Dim Sum Kitchen” offering passengers A culinary experience of modern dim sum and classic Cantonese cuisine

Macau International Airport (MIA) is committed to introducing more local and international dining brands in order to diversify range of F&B services to passengers. Following an open tender procedure for the Operation of Food and Beverage Services, Macau International Airport Company Limited (CAM) has duly signed a five-year Subconcession Contract with Pak Wa – Food and Beverage Management Limited.

The new operator will provide dining services under the “Zhen Dim Sum Kitchen” brand at the airside of the south mezzanine floor of the Passenger Terminal Building at MIA starting from 8th December 2025.
“Zhen Dim Sum Kitchen” is a modern dim sum specialist in Macau that integrates traditional techniques with modern innovations. They are dedicated to using high-quality ingredients to prepare each dim sum and stir-fired dish fresh upon order, offering passengers a culinary experience of modern dim sum and classic Cantonese cuisine.
