MIA introduces three local F&B brands to bring a new light refreshment experience to passengers

To continuously enhance the passenger experience, Macau International Airport has been committed to introducing more diverse and locally distinctive services. Through a notice of Invitation for Application process, the airport has officially introduced three local F&B brands to provide takeaway services in the airside area of the North Mezzanine Level of the Passenger Terminal Building at the airport, starting from 20th April 2026.

Macau International Airport Company Limited (CAM) has entered into a two-year Subconcession contract for takeaway services with JINZHI Food and Beverage Management Company Limited, STAR DOMAIN Catering Management Co., Ltd, and SATAY BEEF Food and Beverage Limited. The three operators will provide takeaway services under the brand of “Your Tea”, “SerrDura” and “ MACOW Bread House” respectively at the airside of the North Mezzanine level of the Passenger Terminal Building at MIA.

This initiative not only responds to passengers’ demand for health, quality, and diverse flavors, but also provides important exposure and growth opportunities for local small and medium-sized enterprises – demonstrating the airport’s commitment to support local creativity and industry development.
