Launch of the new membership program “Soraca”! A digital concierge service connecting the travel experience across the three kansai airports, before and after every journey

Kansai Airports is pleased to announce the launch of its new membership program Soraca on 15 December 2026.

Soraca is a new digital membership program available at Kansai International Airport, Osaka Itami Airport, and Kobe Airport. It succeeds the KIX-ITM Card, which has been used by many customers over the years. In addition to offering points and member benefits, Soraca provides information and services tailored to each customer’s journey, thus evolving into a digital travel concierge. Flight registration serves as the starting point for digitally connecting customers with the airports. Soraca is a new service that delivers value tailored to each stage of the journey, from travel planning and time at the airport to after the journey. The new membership tier system provides benefits and services based on how frequently customers use the airports. Soraca also offers expanded multilingual support to meet a wider range of customer needs. The KIX-ITM Card service will end on November 15, 2026, and will be replaced by Soraca.

To mark the launch of Soraca, Kansai Airports will run a pre-registration campaign and a social media sharing campaign. Details will be announced on the dedicated campaign page as they become available.

Kansai Airports Group will continue to create value unique to the three Kansai airports and provide services that enrich each customer’s journey.
