18th ACI Asia-Pacific Regional Assembly, Conference & Exhibition: Notebaert Joins Star-studded Conference Line-up

Mr. Nicolas Notebaert, CEO of VINCI Concessions and President of VINCI Airports joins the set of elite speakers for the 18th ACI Asia-Pacific Regional Assembly, Conference & Exhibition on 16-18 May 2023 in Kobe, Japan.


Moderated by Ms. Sharanjit Leyl, former BBC World News presenter and Bloomberg TV Anchor, Mr. Notebaert will be providing an enriching discussion in the panel  ‘Leaders’ Dialogue - Transforming the Industry’.


Mr. Notebaert oversees a network of world-class transport infrastructures spanning over 21 countries, including about 45 airports and 30 road infrastructures and a number of railway projects, among which is the South Europe Atlantique high-speed line between Tours and Bordeaux.


He joined the VINCI Group in 2002 as Head of Operations for the French road concession Cofiroute, before being appointed Director of Business Development for VINCI Concessions France in 2004. 
Under his leadership, VINCI Airports became the first airport operator to start rolling out an international environmental strategy in 2016, with a view to achieving Net Zero emissions throughout its network by 2050.


Prior to joining the VINCI Group, Mr. Notebaert, a graduate of Ecole Polytechnique (X 89) and Ecole Nationale des Ponts et Chaussées (Ponts 94), held various positions in the French Ministry of Public Works and served as a cabinet member of the French Minister for Transportation and Infrastructure.
