Kansai Airports today announced that China Air, the national flag carrier of China, will launch new service connecting Kansai International Airport to Hangzhou, China, beginning February 1, 2019. This will be the airline’s fifth route to KIX, following Shanghai, Beijing, Tianjin (via Dalian), and Chengdu.

Hong Kong International Airport (HKIA) recorded growth in all three air traffic categories in October 2018. Sichuan Airlines’ inaugural flight arrives at Yangon International Airport (YIA) as the 31st international airline flying into YIA on 13 November 2018. Sichuan Airlines now connects Yangon, the commercial capital city of Myanmar, with Xi’an three times a week utilizing Airbus A320 with the capacity of 163 passengers.
Melbourne Airport experienced a busy month of travel with more than 3.3 million passengers flying through the airport in October, equating to a growth of 2.9 per cent compared to figures in October 2017.
