Airport Service Coordinator Program

In order to enhance the communications between the ACI Asia-Pacific Regional Office and our members, ACI Asia-Pacific Regional Office is pleased to launch the “We Care” Airport Service Coordinator Program. ACI Asia-Pacific Region serves over 448 airports across the region. Under this program, each staff member will be assigned with their dedicated member airports and act as the Airport Service Coordinator, the key contact point for our members.

The Regional Office aims to build up a closer relationship with our members. With a dedicated Airport Service Coordinator, our staff member can listen, address and respond to the needs of our members promptly. Through a better communication channel, we can build up a closer relationship with the growing number of members across the Asia and Pacific Region. ACI Asia-Pacific Region is here to help and the Regional Office believes we can all work together and ACI can act as a stronger single voice for our airport community.
